Chicago Botanic Gardens
In August 2025, I was able to attend my first in-person, photography conference in more then 30 years. I chose to go to the Chicago Botanic Gardens with the Out of Chicago group. I knew of many of the instructors, and was excited to spend four full days making images, learning new techniques, and hanging out with like-minded photographers. The color there was fantastic, though I did some black and white work you can see at the bottom of the gallery. Even though the time was short, I created some of my favorite images of the year there. I also learned some multiple exposure techniques that I see as part of my work for many years to come. Hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed making them.
